i found the breakfast options quite extensive. there was a good selection of turkish dips, meats, and cheeses. the staff was also very accommodating with all requests. they arranged our airport transfer without issue. i also appreciated that the wifi was free and surprisingly fast.
the room i stayed in did not have much natural light. the air conditioning did not seem to be working effectively and it became quite warm. there were limited outlets available in the room. this made it hard to charge my devices when i was away from the room.

I found the location really good. It was very close to many key attractions. the staff was always professional and eager to assist, even with requests for advice on local dining. the rooms were cleaned thoroughly each day, and fresh amenities were provided consistently. Slippers and bottled water were always available.
The lighting in the room was quite dim, and i couldn't adjust the air conditioning to my preference. It seemed to be locked at a certain setting.

the staff provided prompt service, assisting with directions and recommendations for nearby restaurants. they were consistently polite and helpful . i felt very welcomed (a warm welcome always makes a difference).

The hotel provided complimentary breakfast that offered a varied selection of local dishes. the breakfast service operated smoothly. Fresh food was always available. i found it a convenient start to each day of exploring.

The breakfast was a good start to the day. The selection of Turkish salads was AMAZING!!! The location is quite convenient. It is close to tram and metro stations.
Our room was small. With two people and two suitcases, space was limited. We could barely walk around. The room cleaning service was only available between 11 am and 3 pm.

I was initially drawn to the promise of a great experience. My room was quite small. The space made moving around with luggage difficult. The promised soundproofing was not effective. I could hear noise from the hallway and nearby rooms..
